5 Must-Have Travel-Friendly Workout Accessories!


I’m going to be out of town for the holidays this year and my clients are all so sad! Which is probably one of the better compliments you can receive as a trainer 😉 So they can stay on track I like to provide them with workouts they can do in a gym and/or at home!
