WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

If you’re a Mom and you’re looking for a workout program that specifically address the needs of your postpartum experience – this program is it!

This program is so much more than just sit-ups, squats, and lunges…

I took my 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning specialist, my 3 years of working with a pelvic floor physical therapist both pre-pregnancy and postpartum and my own experiences from my early days as a twin mom and channeled it into the creation of this program.

I wanted this program to not only include postpartum specific exercises but to also teach you and provide you with tools on how to do exercises properly – so you gain the most benefit!

I’m a firm believer that most people would see the results they want by doing less, but doing it better. This program is about nailing the basics and building a solid foundation.

  • AND you’ll be doing it in a GROUP with other MAMA’S

HOW MANY MONTHS POSTPARTUM DO I NEED TO BE?

I’ve had mom’s join the program who are freshly cleared for exercise. So weather you’re 6 weeks, 6 months, or 6 years postpartum- as long as you’re cleared for exercise, you’re welcome to join.

You’re really going to see the benefits of this program if:

  • You have an established sleep routine with your little one(s)
  • You’re consistently getting enough sleep (6+ hours)
  • You can dedicate 30 mins, 3x a week to your workout (and factor in additional time to shower and maybe eat something too)
  • Get your partner on board, talk to them about your intentions and brainstorm ideas of how they can best support you

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE PROGRAM?

1. Curated Workouts: Access to a 6-week program with three workouts per week, each ranging from 30-40ish minutes. The program is catered to postpartum recovery, focusing on foundational core exercises and gradual progression to prevent injury and optimize sustainable results.

2. Expert Guidance: Benefit from the knowledge and support of my experience as a twin Mom and my 10 years of training experience. I will happily provide feedback, modifications, tips, and motivation throughout your entire fitness journey. 

3. Community Support: You won’t be on this fitness journey alone. You’ll have a small group of like-minded Mamas alongside you. You’ll be part of a community sharing the experience together. Share your challenges and successes, in a supportive environment that encourages you every step of the way.

4. Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy the convenience of a flexible workout schedule. Workouts are designed to be done three times a week (that could be M/W/F/ or T/Th/Sat…whatever works best for your schedule. This enables you to balance your new role as a Mama with your commitment to your personal fitness, all from the comfort of your home.

5. Home-Based Workouts: I designed this program to be done with minimal and affordable equipment so that the workouts would be as accessible as possible. I know that every minute of your day as a new Mom counts *big time*. I knew that I didn’t have the luxury to jet off to a gym for my workouts so I started during their longest nap of the day. Here’s my recommended equipment list

WHAT DO THE WORKOUTS LOOK LIKE?

When you purchase the program it will be accessible on the designated start date. In the meantime you will be invited to join the Trainerize app and create a profile. Once the program starts, your program will populate in the app.

Below is a sample of the first workout of the program and a video of the first exercise from this workout, so you can get an idea of what you can expect. Each workout is laid out for you as shown in the screenshot below. You can click on the exercise and watch the video to see how to perform the exercise with either written or voice over description – this includes coaching and breathing cues. If you’re ever unsure or need a modification you can always personal message me in the app as well.

ADDITIONAL FAQ’s:

Do I need to join Facebook or another social media platform to have access to be part of the community of other Mom’s in the group?

Nope! You’ll have access to the group chat within the Trainerize app 🙂

HOW WILL THIS PROGRAM HELP ME?

Curated exercises target core restoration and pelvic floor coordination & strengthening

You’ll be going through the workouts alongside other Mama’s who are in the same boat as you

Workouts feel challenging but doable so you stay committed

The program includes informational videos on things like:

  • How to measure your own diastasis (so you can track progress)
  • When to breathe during an exercise to recruit your core most effectively
  • How to brace your core properly
  • How your pelvic floor works in tandem with your deep core muscles (like your transverse abdominis) and how to recruit these muscles properly
