Engrid Latina is a personal trainer and certified strength coach (CSCS) based out of Ohio. She has trained clients both in-person and online for over a decade. Engrid's personal history with an eating disorder has helped develop a training model that invites a deep appreciation and resect of the body. Engrid's degree in Biology, her love of life-long learning, and passion to understand human movement, allow her to excel as a trainer. Her intention is to create an environment that promotes autonomy, safety, trust, and sustainability with each client she works with. She provides strategies that allow clients to cultivate a deeper awareness of their body & move in a more sustainable and joy-filled way.
