not “giving up” alcohol nor am I making a “sacrifice”. I am simply CHOOSING to no longer drink alcohol as alcohol no longer serves me. It never did.
The illusion of alcohol = fun

Alcohol was not allowing me to be my true self → Alcohol made me believe that drinking rosé all day on a unicorn float was the only way I could express my personality.
Her experience in college “everyone around me was literally drinking the exact same way. After college, the party did NOT stop and the weekend binge drinking continued.”
