LPP #80 Healing From Sexual Trauma, Feeling Powerless, & Embracing Love with Kat Beck

Kathryn Beck, is a Licensed Massage Therapist, 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She offers a variety of therapeutic massage, private yoga lessons, as well as energy enhancement work. Kat believes that we are born to shine, but that many of us begin to subscribe to the idea that life needs to be a struggle. Her work is to release the non-beneficial energetic debris and realign your body to it’s divine blueprint. She believes that you simply need a loving reminder of how to completely relax, release, and receive what you need to heal.

    – Reflective writing, journaling, inner child work, yin-yoga, and meditation
    – body therapies including: TRE (tension releasing exercises), breath work, & massage

  • How emotions are energy in motion, and can get stuck in the body

  • How we don’t have to label things in order to gain a sense of control about them
