As a personal trainer one of the most common goals I hear from my clients is the desire to lose weight, tone up, and feel more confident in their skin. What they don’t realize is that we all have the power to feel confident in our bodies at anytime we choose. They’ve bought into the myth that tells us that our bodies appearance is a direct measure of our worth and our permission to experience happiness.
I think we all have permission to experience happiness, and any other feeling that may arise. I created this Lifestyle Guide, to share from my experiences and what has served me & many of my clients.
Take what you like and leave the rest! It’s not meant to be a strict step by step action plan, rather an invitation, gentle suggestion, or idea. I invite you to make it your own.
TBH it feels like the internet is pretty saturated these days with plans & guides that are here to tell you exactly how to live. They make a lot of promises and show a lot of before & after pictures…but really YOU already have all of the answers. You are your own guru!
This guide simply shares tools you can use to make lifestyle choices that best serve you! It is designed to be sustainable, it’s meant to work with life’s natural high’s and lows.
