Blueberry Bombshell Ingredients:
- 1 C frozen blueberries (or use any assortment you like)
- 1 -2 Scoops of your favorite protein powder
- 1/2 C Water
- 1 Tablespoon lecithin granules (optional)
- 1 teaspoon L-glutamine powder (optional)
Just mix well in a blender! I use a magic bullet : )
